axon 3 part no good

Hi guys, so eventually  took the plunge with axon 3 and latest firmware i printed a small abs bracket in default mode

Abs but unlike v2 it did not have a shell on top just a couple nasty holes so really much worse than v 2 so whats up anything i can change.?, really this is unuseable. only good thing is v2 seems to make better parts.
