AXON 3 - PLA 250°C ??!!??

Hi,

i have build a big part in Axon3 two days ago. It was very nice! I like how easy the support can be removed.

But today we builded and printed two small parts and they came out the printer like crap. The strange thing was he printed everything with 250°C. All holes where melted to solid and the surface looks horrible.

Settings:

  • PLA red translucent
  • no raft
  • no support

Whats wrong here??

Had the same problem today except the extruder suddenly about halfway through the print, the temp changed to 250°C and sat on the part while extruding some more.  Stayed that way for about 20 seconds (thus ruining the part) and then continued on printing.

Happened on another print as well but on the raft. 

Will be submitting a ticket later on today.
