If I could just reduce the materials extruded at the seam line

If Axon can do it. should be a walk in the park for KISS.

As you can see in the photo the housing is wider at the seam line. 

Where would I go to adjust this.   If I could just reduce the materials extruded at that point.

This is a bearing housing and is not workable like this.

I have tried a few things but no change.

Please help.
