Need to Reprocess Calibration File to Work With Our Custom Machine Settings for PLA

Our school has recently replaced an extruder oun our BFB3000, and are having difficulty using the supplied calibration file, as the built in speeds and feeds are too harsh for our existing PLA material. ( it constantly grings out itself out) We have modified our PLA and ABS settings as per the attached PDF. We have not experienced any tearing and grinding out issues with those settings.

How can I modify the existing BFB supplied calibration file to work with those settings?
